Code of conduct

1. Respect, courtesy and kindness

Fervio welcomes players of every level, every gender and every background. No one should ever feel discriminated against. Fervio must remain a space that is open to all.

For tennis to stay a sport enjoyed together, please behave accordingly.

• Be respectful and welcoming towards every member.
• Insulting, discriminatory, aggressive or harassing language is strictly forbidden.
• Fair play on the court starts with respect off the court.
• Reply to messages within a reasonable time.
• If you don't want to follow up on a proposal, a simple polite message is always appreciated.
• Avoid repetitive or pushy messages.

2. An honest profile

• Use accurate information about your identity, playing level and location.
• Fill in your profile as completely as possible (it helps find a partner that matches what you're looking for).
• Create only one account per person.

3. Respecting facilities

Every player agrees to respect the rules of the club or court being used:

• take care of the facilities;
• respect booking times;
• leave the premises clean after the game.

4. Using the platform

It is forbidden to:

• post illegal or offensive content, or content contrary to public decency;
• use the platform for unauthorized commercial or advertising purposes;
• impersonate another person;
• spread false or misleading information.

5. Safety and reporting

If you notice inappropriate behavior or behavior that goes against this charter, please report it. Use the platform's moderation system if you encounter bad behavior. See the FAQ for more details.
